I could go on and give examples - but I won't.

The second visit was just the opposite, was made to feel both welcome and important by a cheerful and happy member of staff. If she had one fault it was talking too quickly - but I suspect she was under time pressure. There would have been absolutely no way her colleague could have sold me even a bottle of ear wax remover.
